Social Event Pricing

Pricing is for Friday - Sunday. We do have a 3 hour minimum for all rentals, as your time booked needs to include any set up or breakdown of decor/food. Overtime is billed in 30 minute increments. We require a 50% deposit to secure your date and final payment is due before the event. The rental includes access to the entire venue (the main house, patio and Garden Pavilion), a staff member on site during the event, as well as use of our tables and chairs in the location of your choice. We have cross back wooden chairs and rounds or farmhouse tables. We do allow outside caterers for small events and use of our kitchen for prep space.
